Newport to Bermuda Ocean Race Plate

Founded in 1906, the 635-mile biennial race is the oldest regularly scheduled ocean race, one of just two of the world's races held almost entirely with no land in sight.  This plate is a souvenir from the 1958 race and is a limited edition, number 87 of only 120 made by H.A. & E Smith LTD.  The wonderfully detailed map of Bermuda and gold leafing makes it a lovely addition to any wall.
